Accessibility Statement
UFiT Daily is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and app in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Our Commitment
UFiT Daily believes that fitness and wellness should be available to everyone — regardless of ability. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us; it is built into how we design every screen, interaction, and feature from the start.
We aim to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across all platform surfaces, including our web app at ufitdaily.com and future mobile applications.
What We Are Doing
Semantic HTML and ARIA — we use semantic HTML5 elements and ARIA roles/labels so that screen readers and assistive technologies can navigate the platform effectively.
Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators throughout.
Color contrast — all text and interactive elements are designed to meet at minimum a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their background.
Responsive and mobile-first design — the platform is designed mobile-first and scales correctly across screen sizes, orientations, and zoom levels up to 200%.
Reduced motion — animations and transitions respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" operating system setting, reducing or eliminating motion for users who are sensitive to it.
Text sizing — no text is rendered below 14px, and the interface reflows correctly when browser font sizes are increased.
Touch targets — all interactive controls meet a minimum 44 × 44px touch target size on mobile.
Alternative text — all meaningful images include descriptive alternative text; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Known Limitations
UFiT Daily is an early-access beta product. While we work hard to meet AA standards, some areas of the platform may not yet be fully compliant. We are actively auditing and improving these areas.
If you encounter a specific barrier, please report it using the contact information below — we prioritize accessibility reports and aim to respond within 5 business days.
Third-Party Content
UFiT Daily may include links to external websites or embed content from third-party services. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content but will work to only integrate partners who take accessibility seriously.
Feedback and Contact
We genuinely want to hear from you. If you experience a barrier, notice something that does not work as expected with your assistive technology, or simply have a suggestion for how we can improve — please reach out.
Reach us via our contact page at ufitdaily.com/contact.
Please describe the specific barrier or issue you encountered, the page or feature it affects, the browser or device you were using, and any assistive technology you rely on (for example, a screen reader or switch control). This helps us reproduce and fix the issue as quickly as possible.
We are committed to providing timely responses and to making UFiT Daily a platform where everyone can train, connect, and grow.
Formal Complaints
If you have raised an accessibility concern with us and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant equality or accessibility authority in your jurisdiction.
In the United States, accessibility complaints related to digital services may be directed to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
