Professional Confidentiality & Data-Protection Pledge

You agree to treat all client data — including workouts, body metrics, readiness check-ins, goals, messages, and any information shared in the course of coaching — as strictly confidential.

You will not disclose, publish, or share any client’s data with any third party without that client’s explicit, informed consent, except where required by law.

You will access and use client data solely for the purpose of providing coaching services to that client. You will not use client data for marketing, research, resale, or any unrelated purpose.

You will only access the data of clients who have actively connected with you and granted you access through the platform.

You acknowledge that the client owns their data and may revoke your access at any time. If a client revokes access, you will lose the ability to view their data immediately, and you agree not to retain, copy, or export their data outside the platform.

You will not pressure, incentivize, or mislead a client into granting or maintaining access against their wishes.

You agree to operate within the scope of your qualifications and to comply with the UFiT Daily Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Medical Disclaimer. You will not provide medical diagnosis or treatment unless independently licensed to do so.

You understand that violating this Pledge may result in suspension or removal from UFiT Daily, and that you — not UFiT Daily — are responsible for your handling of client data within your coaching relationship.
