Account Security & Anti-Fraud Notice
Your safety matters to us. This notice explains how UFiT Daily will and will not contact you, so you can recognize and avoid scams, phishing, and fraud. Please read it carefully and keep it in mind whenever someone claims to be from UFiT Daily.
What UFiT Daily Will NEVER Ask You For
UFiT Daily will NEVER call, text, email, or message you to ask for your password, one-time codes, or login links.
UFiT Daily will NEVER ask for your full credit card or debit card number, bank account details, PIN, or card security code (CVV) by phone, text, email, or chat.
UFiT Daily will NEVER ask you to send money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers, and will never ask you to move money "to keep it safe."
UFiT Daily will NEVER request your health or medical information, and will never ask you to share assessment results with us — those stay strictly between you and a professional you choose.
UFiT Daily will NEVER ask you to install remote-access software or to give someone control of your device.
How to Recognize a Scam or Phishing Attempt
Urgency or fear: messages that pressure you to "act now," threaten to suspend your account, or claim there is a problem with your payment.
Requests for secrets: anyone asking for your password, verification code, card number, or banking details — even if they seem to be from us or from a "professional."
Suspicious links: links that ask you to "verify" or "log in" from an email or text. When in doubt, open the app directly instead of tapping a link.
Off-platform payments: a professional or person asking you to pay outside the app, send a deposit by gift card, or move to another messaging service to complete a deal.
Too good to be true: free prizes, guaranteed results, giveaways, or investment/earning offers tied to your account.
How We Actually Communicate
Official UFiT Daily messages appear inside the app and come only from our verified email domain. We will never demand sensitive personal, health, or financial details in those messages.
Nothing is billed during early access, and nobody acting for us will ask you to pay. If payments are ever introduced they will happen only inside the app — never by you reading card numbers to someone or sending them in a message.
If a message claims to be from us but breaks any of the rules above, treat it as fraudulent.
If You Think You’ve Been Targeted
Do not share any codes, passwords, or payment details. Stop responding.
Report it in the app using the Report tool, or reach us via ufitdaily.com/contact.
Change your password immediately and enable any available extra security on your account.
If you shared card or bank details, contact your bank or card issuer right away.
UFiT Daily is not responsible for losses resulting from scams conducted by third parties outside the Platform, but we will help you report and respond where we can.
