Privacy Policy

Version 1.9.0Last updated September 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how UFiT Daily collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Platform.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, date of birth (to verify you are 18+), and password (stored securely, in hashed form).

Profile information: role, avatar, fitness goals, and other content you choose to provide.

Content you submit: messages, community posts, reviews, and uploaded media.

Assistant conversations: if you choose to save your history with the in-app assistant ("UFiT"), the text of those conversations is stored with your account until you remove it. You can turn history saving off, and you can rename, remove, or export saved conversations at any time in Settings. Turning history off does not stop the assistant from working; it stops new conversations from being saved.

Usage and device data: log data, device identifiers, and analytics about how you use the Platform.

2. Health and Fitness Information

UFiT Daily stores the fitness and body information you choose to log — for example body measurements and weight, daily check-ins, goals, activity history, and progress photos. This section is being completed with counsel before public launch and does not yet describe that data in full.

Assessments are optional. If you complete one, your answers and results are shared directly between you and a Professional you choose — only when you request it and consent to share. We are never a recipient of that content.

The only assessment-related data UFiT Daily keeps is a yes/no completion flag for our records. We do not keep the questions, your responses, or any health detail behind them.

Please do not enter sensitive medical information into free-text fields. If you choose to anyway, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.

We strictly commit that any physical, activity, or health metrics logged or processed during this beta phase will never be sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers.

3. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and to connect Trainees with Professionals.

To process transactions and provide customer support.

To keep the Platform safe — including automated and human moderation of content to detect and prevent harmful or illegal activity.

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Content Moderation & Automated Processing

To protect our community, content such as messages, posts, profiles, reviews, and images may be automatically analyzed by AI systems and reviewed by our team to detect violations of our Community Guidelines.

This processing helps us identify harassment, fraud, illegal content, child-safety risks, and other harms. Content flagged as high-risk may be held, removed, or escalated.

5. How We Share Information

With Professionals or Trainees as needed to provide the services you request.

With service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, communications, AI moderation, and the AI provider that powers the in-app assistant) under appropriate confidentiality obligations. When you send a message to the assistant, its text is transmitted to a trusted third-party AI provider solely to generate a response; we do not authorize them to use your conversations to train their models for their own purposes.

When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

We strictly commit that any physical, activity, or health metrics logged or processed during this beta phase will never be sold, rented, or shared with third-party advertisers.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Saved assistant conversations are retained until you remove them or delete your account. If you turn history off, we stop saving new conversations; if you clear your history, we delete the saved conversation records associated with your account.

7. Your Rights & Controls

You have full control of your data. At any time you may access, edit, correct, export, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and decline or cancel any optional assessment or service — directly in the app’s settings.

Depending on your location (for example, under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly de-identify your personal data, except limited records the law requires us to keep (such as consent and transaction records).

To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or reach us via ufitdaily.com/contact.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, database access controls (row-level security), and restricted administrative access.

If we ever become aware of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and any required authorities without undue delay and in line with applicable law.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Platform is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

10. Changes & Contact

We may update this Policy and will notify you of material changes. Reach us via ufitdaily.com/contact.
