Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk

I understand that physical exercise, training, and dietary programs involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, disability, or death, and risks arising from my own health condition and the actions of others.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, arising from my use of the Platform and any services or content obtained through it.

I understand that UFiT Daily is a marketplace that connects me with independent Professionals and does not itself provide training, medical, or nutritional services. UFiT Daily is not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, qualifications, or conduct of any Professional or other user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge UFiT Daily and its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to my use of the Platform, including any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer.

I understand that plans and advice I receive come from independent Professionals, and that UFiT Daily does not verify, endorse, or guarantee them. I am responsible for evaluating their suitability for me, in consultation with my physician.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UFiT Daily and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to my use of the Platform, my content, my interactions with other users or Professionals, or my violation of the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any law or third-party right.

This Release applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain liabilities (for example, for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by law), and nothing in this Release is intended to waive any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If any provision of this Release is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old. I have read and understand this Release, the Medical & Fitness Disclaimer, the Community Guidelines, and the Terms of Service.

I understand I am giving up substantial legal rights by accepting this Release, and I do so freely and voluntarily, intending it to be binding on me and my heirs, family, and legal representatives.
